What to eat for break time?

Since I'm allowed 2 15 minute breaks, what are good meals to eat really quick during that 15 minute?

I do NOT want to eat protein bars or have any shakes during that time. I want to ear REAL food.

What can I eat that is a complete meal in 10 minutes or less?

I already make Protein Oatmeal pancakes. I can eat those quick in less than 10 minutes. But I'm looking for ANOTHER meal to eat for my other break time.

Any suggestions?

Boil some omega 3 eggs the night before. Protein and good fats. There you go. You'll be done eating these in no time.

Yeah bro, I need carbs. I don't do well without a little carb per each meal. Or else I get weak and slow and moody. My work is physical. So I need the energy and stamina.

Anything really if it's prepared in advance.....in your line of work do you have access to a microwave?

You can eat anything in 15 minutes.

My "in between" meals - basically meal 2 and 4 (outta 5) are usually a chicken breast salad (Romaine Lettuce or Spinach) with a handful of almonds. Easy to prepare and you can eat it cold. Sometime it's 96% taco meat and salsa, again cold. Depends on what I ate for meal 5 the day before. Meal 5 leftovers are my meal 2 and 4 the next day :) I cook a lot :(

Guys, the thing is I kind of eat slow. I can't really eat anything quick. I need the 15 minutes so I can eat my food, use the toilet, brush my teeth, wash hands and face and then get back to work. If I try to scarf something down too quickly, I get bloated with gas.

Rice is kind of quick for me to eat. But that shit makes me poop quickly. And I get hungry afterwards. If I try a sweet potato, I will take longer and end up bloated with gas.

The hard boiled eggs is pretty easy and fast to eat. But now I need a carb to go with it. I guess I could just eat some brown rice. Get used to the pooping and hunger? LOL!!!

You could always eat oats or some Ezekiel bread with your protein. I'm kinda a low carber - I usually eat less than 60-70 or so carbs/day. Mostly greens - Ezekiel bread would probably fit your time frame pretty well. Throw some natty peanut butter and some sugar free preserves on there and its delicious.

Why so low on the carbs bro? If I were that low on carbs, I'd be pretty sluggish and moody all day.
