im in the loading phase of my creatine cycle(just finished test and d-bol cycle) and im taking 30g a day 10 grams 3 times a day. each serving i take with twinlabs ultra fuel which has 100grams of carbs with only 30grams of crystalline fructose.but they have 400 calories each bottle. the rest of the carbs r maltodextrin, which i think is basicly the same as dextrose. also takeing the gnc creatine, with amino2222, and mad protein bars/drinks. i will post some results here in a week 2 let u know how its going.
