What Time Of The Day, Is Optimal For Lifting?

I always believed that there are certain times of the day that is best for working out. Is it in the early morning, or after work. I am trying to work out according to my body clock. The question i am trying to ask is, what time of day your body responds best to working out?
 
whatever time is best for you. it's better to work out at night, than to wake up early and feel like shit if your not going to give 100% at the gym, or vice versa
 
My workouts are best when I eat breakfast at 10am and workout at 12. The sun is out so I'm in a good mood, my glycogen is high from the oats, and I have the most stamina then.
 
I can answer this one easy... for most people it is first thing in the morning. I worked out at Gold's Venice for years. I saw lots of the old school guys from the 40s 50s 60s etc... who still trained. Almost all of them were the morning crowd. Why? Cuz for most people, not all, making working out a life long habit means making it the priority of your day. Get it done first thing.
