Well currently i am about 6'3 320lbs, I have been losing weight the last couple of years (was 353 at one point) I realize I will most likely not get down to 220lbs. My goal is to basically decrease my body fat (which right now I think is around %26-28). My diet is solid, and my workout plan is also solid with 3-4 days of lifting and 3-4 days of cardio for 45min-1hr. What I am looking for is supplements to complement what I am currently doing.
