What supplement(s) are good for me?

Well currently i am about 6'3 320lbs, I have been losing weight the last couple of years (was 353 at one point) I realize I will most likely not get down to 220lbs. My goal is to basically decrease my body fat (which right now I think is around %26-28). My diet is solid, and my workout plan is also solid with 3-4 days of lifting and 3-4 days of cardio for 45min-1hr. What I am looking for is supplements to complement what I am currently doing.

Have you used fat burners in the past? You should be using a good whey protein while you restrict calories so you can maintain the most amount of muscle while stripping the fat off.
 
Get 2 Bottles Of LipoStim3 and 2 bottles] of LIPOFLAME and "stack then together" to hit ALL pathways of Fat LOSS with both of them.

In the morning:

How old are you? what is your build? Id say you can lose alot more weight without the use of supps. for 6'3" i would try to get below at least 300 but strive for under 275.

I came back to this post and just read this. After a few weeks on just 4 lipoflame in the am i was a believer. This might have to be tried as soon an my AGX box gets here!im at about 8-9% right now at 195. goal is 200 at 6-7%
 
A better question would be "What supplements ARENT good for me?" or "What supplements are a waste of money?"

As for basics:
Multi-vitamin, Other Vitamins/Minerals by themselves, Whey protein, Creatine, Caffeine
(Some people dont like caffeine, but it boosts performance & fat loss, so why not)

There are many other helpful supplements out there.
It's all really about what your budget will allow.

I recommend 5-HTP, joint support supplements, antioxidants (esp. Ester-C & ALA), etc.

Remember that Calcium and Fiber supplements should be taken alone.
Both have effects on absorption of many other things.
