I've been out if town due to an unexpected illness in the family. Anyway, I missed my thursday injection. My last injection was Monday. I haven't had luck on this cycle. Was sick, and now this. Have not trained since Tuesday. Starting week 10 test cyp 400mg. Should I take a double dose?

Just continue the cycle as planned. You are running a long ester so missing one shot is no big deal.

I know how much it sucks getting sick and things going wrong during cycle, I was sick for about 6 out of the 12 weeks in my first cycle. I still don't regret it though lol

Just pin on Monday as you usually do, no need to double your dose. Since you are running a long ester you'll be ok.
