obviously there's evidence and she withstood questionig from police - before the layed charges.

People know so little about the justice system.

It's NOT NOT NOT the job of the police to figure out if they're guilty or not. If she wants to lay charges, and they have to honor their request. During the trial is where she'll be crucified if she's lying. Don't think those students will hire public defenders trust me.

btw: From new rape shield laws, when someone is raped - cops are limited in what they can ask. Most times they have to have a female nurse do the questioning. It's very UN-PC for a male cop to cross-examine a female rape victim in some dingy room. Rape victims rights have made rape charges a simple examination and one form to fill out. All to make it easier for rape victims to come forward.
