I know this goes back to an age-old debate regarding the matter...should the boys file a civil suit against her? I know I would at least want her to pay for my $400,000 bail...not to mention some sort of compensation for having to live the rest of my life as an accused rapist.

Oh, and its hilarious how...of course...Jesse Jackson found a way to get himself involved. Im wondering if the man ever gets tired of looking like a jackass by always choosing the side that goes up against common sense.

First off I think the 2 lacrosse players should have either been working out or swallowing some protein instead of raping some stripper who just wanted to pay her tuition...

I like the fact that the lawyers have been issuing alibies before the case has even started. This means that those alibies will be stomped to the ground like you will be if you give me an address somewhere to meet you.

Hall said he wanted to see the Duke students prosecuted "whether it happened or not. It would be justice for things that happened in the past."

This is turning into the biggest race card I have ever seen. Everyone is crying foul because the kids are white, wealthy, and attend a school like Duke and the victim is a single black mother going to school but working for an escort service to make ends meet. But there is lack of evidence.

The second stripper sent Lil Kim an email asking her how to spin the Press to make money off of the whole thing.

DNA tests have proved that no kids committed the act of raping her. But a second test is being done so we will have to wait and see.

One of the kids can be ruled innocent by the timeline he has with cell phone calls, a taxi driver, an atm purchase, and a card swipe at his dorm. It is said that he would have had 2 mins to do anything within the timeline.

The stripper was given a lineup of only lacrosse players. WTF. Aren't you suppose to give a lineup with a lot of people with the lacrosse players thrown in for more accuracy?
