Periodization.

One month of 12-15 reps, a moderate month (starts today!) of 8-12, and a heavy month of 3-6 reps.

This is done on a HIIT basis.
 
As I have stated before, my reps change slightly dependant on what my goals are. But for the most part I'm in the range of 4-9 reps.
