You need both for maximum growth. After a while you'll find out which is more promindent for you and that's where you should put the empahasis. One size does not fit all.

Click to expand... I agree. I respond better to low reps heavy weight. But i do work in the 8-10 range between 5x5 programs. --Techbaseball
