What Protien Powder do You Use ?

Looking to see what everyone is using for their protien shakes . I'm also trying to find one that provides lots of Protien , tastes great but not loaded with lots of calories .

Also what protien bar do you choose between meals ?

I'm looking to get 200 grams of protien through the day (not all through supps of coarse)

Wheytobuild from NTBM. Chocolate is my choice in flavor. The wheytobuild is light on your stomach as well. It doesn't give you that bloat feel like some of the other brands do. Plus you can't beat the price bro!
 
I'm a huge Optimum Whey and Optimum Casein fan. They taste great and the price isn't bad either. I also like the amount of different options you have with the flavors on the 5 lb tubs. Good stuff!
 
i use myoplex as a snack replacement/ 5am before work snack till i can to the mess hall to eat breaky. onslaught is the bomb for post workout from orbitnutrition
 
Espresso WheyToBuild from NTBM and PeptoPro, also Gear when needed.

Espresso whey 2 build is unreal. I love it in almond milk.

Besides whey 2 build I use ON's casien. I don't drink the casien though. I use it to make protein pudding, ice cream, and fluffs. High protein deserts ftw!

I'm a big fan of the better bars.
 
I use wheytobuild the ice cream sandwich tastes great. For protein fluffs I use ON casein that I get from Orbit.
 
Start my day with 2 scoops of ON 100% whey chocolate flavor in 6 ounces of milk and 6 ounces of iced coffee. Usually the same preworkout or whenever I need a little extra protein. Think I'll start adding some N2 carb into it when needed as well. Postworkout I use 2 scoops of Onslaught with 1 scoop of ON 100% Whey chocolate, and before bed I use ON cassien (usually chocolate).

Just got the orange flavored NTBM muscle replenisher in the mail today. Looking forward to trying that out as well. I may mix a scoop of chocolate in there to see how it tastes.

I've also got a half-filled 5lb tub of ON 100% Whey tropical fruit flavor. Taste's like garbage, so I only break into it when I run out of something good.
 
I use the BSN Syntha 6 in the morning for first shake of day then switch to 1 scoop Dymatize Elite Whey with 1.25 cups of the Egg White International liquid whites for the second shake. 3rd shake is 2 scoop Dymatize Elite Whey before workout. Isopure RTD immediately after gym on way home then right before bed is 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with 2 scoops of Dymatize Elite whey n casein. I like all their flavors but typically go with vanilla, chocolate or the strawberry shake. I don't drink cows milk anymore so I mix my morning and nite shakes with the Silk brand almond milk, unsweetned which has only 35 cal per cup :)
