What protein/mass gainer is best???

I have been using super mass gainer by dymatize for over a year now. Its cheap and tons of calories... 1280. Is this stuff any good or is there something way better? Keep in mind I need tons of calories to come from it. I really want to gain weight but im starting to doubt the product after being able to drink 3-4 shankes a day along with all my meals and still gain nothing. this puts me at over 7000 calories and no weight gain. Stats are 5'3" 135 lbs 6% body fat.
 
make your own. Blender, casein, whey, Peanut butter, oats, bananas, blueberries, ground flax, anything your heart desires, I blend up a huge batch every morning and store it in a drink dispenser...STIR WELL BEFORE USE
 
I keep hearing a lot about the n2bulk. Is it that good? And it's still pretty low on calories. As for making my own I don't really have a lot of spare time and like how fast I can mix protein shakes.
 
n2bulk truly does reign supreme here... its not just the calories, its the macros bro... you have to learn how to read and understand labels... it sounds to me like you have a crazy high metabolism as well so that will not work in your favor in terms of weight gain... n2bulk is simply the best bulker out there period... you may want to combine it with onslaught and gear and I really think that will help!
 
It says do 3 scoops but I only do 2 and I like it!

When I did 3 the last gulp felt like I was doing the cinnamon challenge I guess my cups not big enough but I do 2 scoops before bed and I love it!
 
came across this recipe, and have been using it for a few weeks. Tastes great, super easy to make, easy to carry and clean ingredients.

1.) Get out a medium-large mixing bowl.

2.) Pour 3.5 cups of oats into bowl.

3.) Pour 5 scoops of whey protein into bowl.

4.) Pour 4 tablespoons of natural peanut butter into bowl. (heat in microwave to loosen it up a bit to make mixing easier)

5.) Pour 1 cup of milk into bowl.

6.) Mix ingredients together until everything is sticking together evenly. I use my hands because it's easier.

7.) Get out a pan or dinner plate (regular size usually works fine). Coat the pan or plate with non-stick cooking spray. If you don't have any spray, just use a little butter. The point here is to keep the bars from sticking.

8.) Spoon the mix out onto the plate and shape into a rectangular shape. Afterwards, cut the bar into portions. You can cut out four large bars, or cut out smaller portions (like brownies or something).

9.) Cover the bars and plate with aluminum foil and let set in fridge for 2-3 hours until somewhat hardened. Bars mold well but remain somewhat soft. Enjoy!

One batch comes out to around 2200 calories (200g protein, 240g carbs, 60g fat). So if you're cutting out four bars you get:

Calories: about 550 each bar (4 total= 2200 cals)
Protein: 45-50g
Carbs: 60g
Fat: 15g

Lol...i just finished my chocolate peanut butter! I literally got my next bag today and i decided to go for rocky road!! Cant wait to try it!

Next for sure will be cinnabun since i've heard good things about it and then maybe cake batter! Also interested in the crunchy peanut butter! (what can I say i have a thing for peanut butter!)

Whats ur take on my future orders? Cinnabun?

Love how easily it mixes and the taste with water is like u've added milk!! I use 2-3 scoops that gets me 40-60 grams of quality protein, throw in a banana or apple post workout and u got a pretty decent shake!

Bro I will tell you that I will be sticking to the Cinnabun for a while. I have tried the cake batter and it is good. But this stuff tastes incredible with water. Just right IMO.
