S solidj55 Guest Aug 12, 2002 #2 Actually this year so far probably the lats and chest, last year would be the chest and tris. Before I got hurt in April I would have said quads/hams/glutes but now they have gone to shit lol.

I I'D RATHER BE DEADLIFTING New member Aug 12, 2002 #5 My triceps have gotten a lot stronger. I should see much better gains once I gain some damn weight.
