I simply can't tell you how easy you and needto have made life for all those who are serious about their protein intake and strive their best in putting in the required amount everyday inspite of antagonizing the very atmosphere they exist in lol.

Assuming i try and get in 250gms of protein ed ( from both food and whey - the latter which i hate ), how many caps of " Gear " would i need to take to substitute....say.....a 100gms of whey protein?

Honestly, that's impossible to say but I don't think you should be thinking in terms of CUTTING protein and REPLACING it with GEAR. It's best to use to avoid catabolism before workouts and in-between meals to ADD muscle. Having said that, you can probably get away with 200 grams, maybe less, if you add 10 caps or so throughout the day. And remember -- that's PURE protein with no fat, crabs, salt, or anything.
