what line of work are you in?

nano, if it's important to you, you will MAKE time. Cook up everything one day a week, and get tons of storage containers, and a big cooler. You can do it, if you want to.

Exactly what spatts said!!! I own a business and never know where I may be, but my food is always with me. Pleanty of fresf fruit, veggies, lean meat and shakes!

I recently(3 weeks ago) started working at UPS part-time at 3:30 am, moving 1000 boxes an hour, and that has put a damper on my training, but, I've still been able to manage to get to the gym and get the same number of meals in. I'm also married w/ 2 kids.
Like everybody said, you'll never have enough time. You just have to find a way.

I am a geologist in the resource industry. I work anywhere from 45-110 hours in a given week. I still find time to eat and lift unless I am in the middle of nowhere with no gym then I use that as rest time and do pushups free squats etc.

Cheers,
Scotsman

Studying for my Bachelor Property & Construction and Bachelor of Commerce degrees.

I've got exams right now so I'm comparatively busy and meant to be stressed, but I STILL have time for all my meals, wasting time online, working out and studying and getting decent grades :)

I'm an ex-Delta Force operative currently training special operations units empty handed and CQB combative techniques. I also own my own NHB dojo.

...oh, wait a minute....I actually do nothing, and am a very boring person. A professional jackass:D :p
