Creatine in no way can make your package smaller. That is just a supid rumor that someone at your school made up and spread it around. As far as what brand to take, it really doesnt matter. Creatine is only made in two places. U.S. and China. Everyone gets from most the same factories, so it is really at matter of price. There are some unpure varities out there, but from what I understand, it is much less then before.I get mine from supplements direct. ( www.supplemetdirect.com ) It is cheap and good. Get some dextrose to take with it and you should be good to go.

That's like saying eating steak shrinks your nuts...it's loaded with creatine.

It's just like taking anyother vitamin/mineral/protein supplement. No need to load, get lots of water, take with food.

...tell your friend his nuts are small because his dad's are small - genetics. I'm sure that will go over like a lead balloon. :)

i would try optimum, its cheap and ive heard awesome things about it, just never tried it myself due to lack of money

supposively this guy said his dick got smaller not his nuts... but i see that from what you guys are saying its not true....
well thanks for the input peeps..
ill check out that site...
is it worth it to buy creatine from the GNC? or do they charge more?

EAS SIMPLY CREATINE has really worked well for me post cycle.

i'm very happy with it.

I use Optimum Nutrition's CGT (Creatine, Glutamine, Taurine). It's good and cheap to me. Comes in three flavors I think. It doesn't matter what brand...they all get it from the same factories anyway.

Buy straight creatine as opposed to a transport formula. Those formulas are just creatine plus sugar and some other non-essentials, and they use it as an excuse to jack up the price. I've used Optimum in the past, it was super-cheap, dissolved fine, and worked great.

Thriller, I see no difference with creatine. Stopped using it about a year ago.

Wilson6 and Hard Iron, from the women's board (pro figure competitor and her trainer), recommend Eclipse brand creatine monohydrate.

Hmm, favorite brand of creatine. . . let me see, this is a tough one. . . Tornell, Brovel, Ttokkyo, QualityVet, those are some that work.

Some that don't are EAS, ProPerformance, Weider. . .

Just speaking from experience here. Results may differ for others.
