What kind of training after cycle?

I am in week 8 of a test/dbol cycle. Just started tren-tfo

I would say I am an intermediate lifter. I dont know everything, but I know a lot. I am trying to find a good training routine for PCT to help keep gains?

i was thinking madcows 5x5? Or a 3x3? I know my weight will get weaker in PCT but This seems to be a good program for strength/size. I have never done a 5x5, I just always try not to go over 12 reps.

Any suggestions? Thanks
 
It has been my post cycle experience to try to do more rep intensive workouts. I do this because if I do a bulk/strength cycle I know coming off I am more susceptible to injuries as your strength will decline. I still push it, but not as hard. I wouldnt recommend a 5x5 but that is just me. I would mix it up, do reps, go for SOME 5's.

Nice, you are right about not injuring yourself, I could see my dumbass doing that too. Jus to impress my friend with 315 or something lol

Most people say lift heavy, but then they say not to failure, and then they say dont go over 8 reps but then to mix it up. Its mixing me up for sure
 
I train the same way on or off cycle, i mite not be as strong but the reps and volume stay the same. works for me
 
Give yourself more recovery time first of all. Second use very strict form to failure. Absolutely no cheating movements.
 
gains are definitely more keepable now and days with proper nutrition and training. nutrition wise, keep our calories high and clean. training wise, lift heavy, every set to failure, aim for reps of 10,8,6. go heavy though, by that i mean pick a weight that you can do 8 or 9 with and bang out 10, if you cant, you will be one step closer next week. your strength will obviously decrease while coming off cycle, but if you keep your training intensity high, you can keep the strength loss to a minimum, i know i did

cool stuff bro, will keep the intensity high and diet high cal and clean. I know thats a must, its depressing to even think im gonna come off
 
while your ordering the pamphlet also order his amplify02 for durring PCT to help the mental barrier of thinking "im not on so im weaker"
 
I already used the aloe vera on my quads, forgot about the back of my legs, i can tell i forgot because the backs hurt way worse.

ill get his amp02 for sure. Never heard a bad thing about it. Hows his creatine?
i've only tried the amp and loved it my brother is just starting the amp and lipoflame sack
