I would say I am an intermediate lifter. I dont know everything, but I know a lot. I am trying to find a good training routine for PCT to help keep gains?
i was thinking madcows 5x5? Or a 3x3? I know my weight will get weaker in PCT but This seems to be a good program for strength/size. I have never done a 5x5, I just always try not to go over 12 reps.
Any suggestions? Thanks
