What is your recipe for your shake?

i was just wondering what some of you guys used in your protein shake..... mine is nothing special at all right now and i am looking for some ways to spice it up (whey, some fruit juice filled w/ vitamins, a fruit (whatever i have-- bananas, strawberries, etc.), and some ice.

Basic for me. 2 Scoops Chocolate protien....2 Bananas.....2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter...4 ice cubes and 16 oz of water. I seem to be able to drink these all the time without getting sick of them. I call them "Chocolate Monkey Peanut Butter shakes"

I'm not sure what exactly you're wanting out of your shake specifically...but here is my favorite: some low fat vanilla yogurt, chocolate whey protein, a banana, and sometimes some ANPB in a blender. It tastes sooo good! I usually freeze the bananas so I don't have to use ice.

i don't really want anything specific... just want to get some good ideas on how to alter my shake and make it better.iron that sounds dammmmmmmmmmmm good.. and shit so does yours lol. i'll have to get some chocolate protein powder

Mine is rather mundane. You can add a raw egg or three if you want, can't really taste them but it does thicken things up.

Milk, one huge scoop of peanut butter, 2 scoops EAS vanilla protein, and honey. (sometimes I'll add chocolate or caramel syrup)

Or orange juice, apple cider, 1 raw egg, 2 scoops vanilla protein and 1 banana

2 raw eggs, 2 cups whole milk, 50g waxy maize powder, 22g twin lab amino fuel, 5g glutamine... not the tastiest treat but great sports nutrition...

Niiiiice. That's basically my recipe too, but without the amino fuel  Maybe I should add that?

PWO Shake:
3 scoops plain protein powder
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
warm water

Shake and enjoy!

My Morning shake:
1 scoop fruity protein
1 cup milk
1 natural yogurt
6-8oz servings ground oatmeal
1 scoop greens + supplement
1 capful of fishoil (lemon)
1 scoop fiber supplement (orange)

My Nighttime shake:
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 cup milk
1 serving cottage cheese
2-4 servings ANPB
pinch of cinnamon

Some people look at me in disgust when I add some of the ingredients like cottage cheese, but everything blends down into a liquid. Just the overall liquid is a bit thicker.
