What is your most favorite lift, bench press, squat, or deadlift?

My top 5 favorite at this moment goes in this order

#1 Incline Bench Press
#2 Deadlift
#3 Heavy Barbell Curls
#4 Leg press
#5 Overhead D-bell press

Out of your choices, Mine right now is prolly a tie between Incline Bench & Deadlift

#1 squat
#2 dead
#3 bench

and DUDE other exercises build MASS not just the big three!!

my favorite exercise is pullups followed by barbell rows

Favourite lift:

I like The AbFlabber from Gel-sell as it really pumps the tie-ins petween my serratus and obliques....

It saves time, as i can do it while watching soap opera.

Sometimes I go HIT style and have my spotter shout "ARNOLD, ARNOLD!!!" while crankin out another 2500 reps

workz for me....

Seriously my fav is weighted dips, probably because i am good at it, i can handle respectable weight, get a good pump, and triceps respond well (size).
also i am not as concerned as with squats or flat benchpress to get stuck with 450 lbs in the bottom position, so mentally its easier for me too go all-out balls to the wall with weighted dips

bench press by FAR.
It is the lift i look forward to "next week" the most. even after I am done with chest day, i always think and get eager for next week's chest. I love chest. Chest's the shit.

Squats and deadlifts tie at #1 for me, as I can't make a choice.
#2 has to be negative pullups, as they put lat size on faster than anything I've ever tried.
Coming in as my least favorite lift is bench, why cuz i'm 6'3" tall and gaining on bench sucks.

okay well i am new to the gym and i am only 16 years old.
Seems like a dumb question, but is there any lift or workout that i should avoid at a young age, ive been told by more than one person that my growth will stun if i start working out so young, is this true or just a myth?

I started lifting when I was 15 and 5'8 and i'm almost 18 and i'm 6'3 now
It is possible that it could stunt your growth but it'd have to be like those girls doing gymnastics where you workout 4 or more hours a day
Lifting if anything will help to increase your heigth by increasing your body's natural testosterone production
As a newbie and being 16 years old I'd say you should avoid going heavy on squats and maybe avoid deadlifts altogether
I could be wrong on the deads, so I guess you'll have to wait on other posts
Oh yea and remember, your back is the most important thing, too bad it took me 2 years to figure that out
Make sure your back keeps up with everything else

Ok- grammar time- sorry Alex, but I'm a teacher and this just bugs me: It's "FAVORITE LIFT" not "Most favorite lift". Having said that, to answer your question-
1.Squat
2.Deadlift (on a break from this one right now)
3.Bentover Rows
4.Incline Press
5.Overhead Press
