If you're looking to be a BB give HST a shot. I know Brian as we Mod the training forum over at Meso and he's definitly a sharp guy...

If you want to be a PL.. I highly recommend WSB.. However, I like to do a hybrid WSB and metal militia training split. As I train in my shirt once a week.
