What is the best AD1 type Supplement?

Hi everyone. I have not had the opportunity to get on any anabolics such as Test or Dbol. So, I am asking everyone what is the best off-shelf supplement for anabolic muscle building? Or is most of it junk that the supplements are selling? I have taken AD-1 before but I am not sure if I really got much from it. It was only a 30 day cycle. Thanks for all of your input! All of you guys have such great info on here!

Dude, the best pro-hormone supplement is (and I am afraid to say it in front of all the hardcore juice heads) is MAG-10 by Biotest. Before I did my first serious juice cycle, I did 2 x 8 week cycles of MAG-10 at double dosing... thats one bottle per week... quite expensive but def worth it. First cycle I put on about 16lbs lean muscle and second cycle a little less about 14lbs... so I guess I would recommend it :)

However, it is VERY IMPT when taking any of these ergogenic aids to have a very good and clean diet or it will simply not work. Therefore, you also need 1.5-2.0grams /protein per lb and 3-4grams complex carbs per lb and less than 50gms total fat PER DAY. That is a lot of food or food+supplements and you must incorporate these into your finances as it can mount up.

On top of that I trained 2x day, for 3days on and then 1day off repeating the schedule.

Day 1 AM Chest PM Shoulders
Day 2 AM Hamstrings PM Quads
Day 3 AM Back PM Arms

Abs were done every day x4sets altenating upper abs with lower abs each day.

I would train 2x day for 2weeks, and then the next week, just train one body part once a day, and then I would be back on 2x day again.

This worked very well for me. I hope this helps ;) :) ;)

Start a poll on the Supplement board. Lots of pro-hormone users there. Most of the guys here will tell ya if you're gonna spend the money do it right. PH's are damn near as expensive as the real thing, and in many cases cost more.
 
I tried Super One+, and this seemed to work somewhat for me.

Not sure if I would do it again, benefits were not enormous and it cost a lot of money. A real cycle probably makes more sense.
 
Androspray mixed with Fina worked well for me.

I would be VERY VERY careful with mag 10... it does work but I
had some bad sides including hair loss and an increase in size
of my prostate.....
 
theres not a pro hormone that i have tried that gave me as pernament gains as the real stuff...........

Terminator, that is the strangest training routine I have ever seen; its cool that you got great gains off of it though. How in the world did you decide on that schedule?
 
Hey Brett, it is a bit of a strange but v tough training routine. I decided on twice a day training to keep my body in a 'permanently' anabolic state so that I may take the best advantage of my diet and supplements. I only did it for 2weeks at a time because it really exhausts your system training balls to the wall 2x day. But the rewards are well worth reaping ;) :) ;)
 
I also tried super one + and doubled the dosage and it worked for me (i gained about 12 pounds, kept about 10 solid pounds of it and had good strength gains), however, it is by no means as effective as the real thing and it is pretty expensive to boot. Take everyone's advice and try to do a cycle of the real stuff, you won't be sorry. Oh, and the damn stuff gave me pretty bad acne on my back as well. But no matter what you do diet is number one so good luck on whatever you decide.
 
I used T-100 by SAN and gained about 20 pounds in about 6 weeks. Strength went way up too. I have used other 1AD products, this one actually worked. I took 2 in the morning, one before workout, and one at night on days I lifted. On off days I just took 1 in the morning and one at night. I'm telling you this stuff will work, of course you need to eat too. I know I sound like a fucking commercial, but it really is a quality product. Not as good as gear I am sure, but it did produce substantial gains. Good luck bro!
 
Terminator, is that workout the Growth Surge Project that they had at t-mag.com? the layout looks the same, i don't remember what split they recommended.
