But I take it as a aid to help. I don't think it makes that much of a difference. Diet is the #1 thing. But everything helps a bit so that is why I take them. Also it is a good fat, so that in itself is good
How you know when things work are working is when you stop. I takes a number of supplements given to me by my nutritionist and I thought it wasn't doing much good till I stopped, then realized what worked and what not. Of course I'd have to take them for a while to make it work. In other words, taking a bottle of anything won't do anything with the exception of fat burners, which they only work for a couple of months.
Opti-CLA I've been taking for quite a while, I stopped at one point, but didn't see any difference..
