I am 29, 6ft 170. I obviously want most of my numbers to come from real food, supps add about 100g of carbs and 150g of protein and 500-1000 cals.

i drink these supps during these long gaps of meals..

any input appreciated (starting monsterdol next week)

Personally I wouldn't eat french fries. Head over to the diet section, man. You'll get more input there.

What are your goals? Yes take this to the diet section for more help.

If your goals are fat loss you definitely want to cut out a lot of your fat intake and keep it to low GI carbs only.

when i start the monsterdrol i will be wanting to bulk. it obviously looks like i need more fruits and veggies though..

And more protein. If you want to aim for bulking and get the most out of the Monsterdrol, you should be closer to 340 g protein. Aim for 300 at the min. I mean, 255 I believe is 1.5 g of protein per lb of bodyweight for you. But yeah, with a product like Monsterdrol, aim higher.

When do you get your food like a sub shop? make your own meals like roast beef on multi grain bread. no more fries unless sweet potatoe fried homemade.
what do you eat from 11 am to 7 pm?? you need food in between not like 2-3 shakes.
don't try to eat pork. it's so bad for you. try turkey bacon, I love it and tastes exactly the same! chicken, steak, turkey, roast beed, fish, eggs for protein. low glycemic carbs, simple carbs right after workouts. good fat throughout the day in the form of eggs, olive oil, fish oil, flax nuts.
add in greens too.
Only supplement when you really have no time for a meal. real food is better. ;)

Me either.

French fries are the absolute most fattening food in the world.

High GI starch fried in grease. yuck!
