What height and weight are you?

bro, gotta get them pounds, stones and sticks arent cutting it here.
5'8'' 205
 
5'11" at 190

I've got to cut down more. I used to be 215. Being "big and strong" is nice and all, but my family has a history of heart problems so I'm not interested in being heavy anymore.

It's amazing how things change when you're in the doctor's office and they tell you that you have the same heart problems that your father has. Then you remember when your father had the heart attack and you swore that you would never do that to your kids.

Being heavy doesn't mean heart problems unless ur fat, surely?

My heart problem are genetic. I wouldn't matter if I was heavy or not. However, being heavier causes the heart to work harder. Besides, I'm not trying to pickup chicks anymore with the size. My wife would kill me. lmao

but your organs also grow and strengthen along with your size.

My build is more Terrell Owens like. I'm not tryin to bulk too much. Good luck with it.

In the end, you could be right and I could be making a mistake. I just remember my Dad lying there and the advice that I got from that doctor. I don't want to have my kids go through the same thing.

subz is a monster, and his weight is actually muscle. i haven't weighed myself since i got sick, but i'm 5'9 and i'd guess 170 right now.

actually I was thinking that if I cut for a bit, and than try to put weight on again, my body should respond a lot better and get me to the 250-260 mark, instead of just fighting me

i'm pretty fat. like, 6'3'' 265-ish? i only squat and deadlift once a week, never do cardio and eat fast food everyday. but yeah, most of you folks should pick up some weights...
 
I've been a sick for a few days so now I'm down to 200 ant 5'8" I don't know my bf but I'd sat 10-12% I still have abs, obliques, and striated delts.

I was cutting for a show, was supposed to be 8 weeks and got down to 142 @ 13% and then life happened, so I stopped short with 2 weeks to go.... I wonder what I may have looked like, but anywho.. I packed on 14 lbs in just 6 weeks.

don't know about that... i used to be a very hard gainer, and can lean out quick, but this dieting may have helped with gaining. I'm going to go for 12 weeks, then cut again, but I'll cut out the crap I have been indulging in and go for the "lean bulk" I don't feel healthy right now... but everyone says..."you look great!"
dontcha hate that? nice, thanks for the kind words... but honestly, I feel like shit... tired, sluggish, grumpy...I've be eating too much junk, and thats not my norm.

That's what I did with my bulk...way too much junk. I slept a lot more and used a lot more caffeine to get going in the morning. I'm getting ready to start dropping BF and I always feel more energetic on a cutting diet.
