What happens when you inject sterile water directly into HGH powder?

I accidentally inject 1ml of sterile water in my HGH vial. I forgot to push in some air in the vial before injecting the sterile water in it. I thought to my self it's no big deal, because it wasn't all dissolved so I just turn the vial n circles to let it dissolved and jabbed 5iu in my stomach.

Whats the problem? No need to inject air in it. Most are vac sealed and will pull the water right in. You just don't want to shoot the water straight onto the hgh powder because that can damage it. You should let it slide down the side of the vial and then lightly roll the vial between your hands to mix.

Tilt the vial and let the vacuum pull the water in w/o hitting the powder directly.
