sunday i was doing military presses 155ibs ( ten reps five sets) that following wenesday couldnt even lift a 130 pounds what happened
 
prolly a fluke, take a week or two off from that exercise, try again. BNP's are strange anyways, sometimes when your tris are sore or delts youll be significantly weaker.
