what forum did you post on first

anabolic..... still read there but haven't needed to post there in a while (wink). C&C keeps me on this site and quite frankly, I really like this board.

Good people, interesting and wide range of opinions, articulate and educated folk.

Are you on MSN chat? Or yahoo? I love this lifestyle, just trying to find my niche. When I joined EF, I just wanted my body back (damn birth control patch and stress fucked me up) and running 3-5 miles/day 4-5 days a week wasn't helping. I want to start a heavier routine in the Fall, so I've been checking out the weightlifting and powerlifting forums lately.

I stayed very simple with my training... the only thing I really lacked is Bench due to the dislocating elbow everytime i'd lock out. oh and BTW...

NO RUNNING! Sprint.. yes. You want to hold on to the muscle remember ;)
 
Diet.

Eventually found C&C, BTS, Cardio Training, PoW (where I have a Pintocamateurs Fan club)
