What do you think the Forman grill cooks the best?

Last night, I put some chicken hotdogs on it. OMG they were so puffy they were like eating a pastry.

I'm not liking how it cooks chicken breasts though. The top seems to burn the chicken and makes it tough.

Turkey breast paties work awesome also.

for the chicken breast don't leave the top down for long.....just like 30 seconds.....after than just flip it and leave the top up.

It takes alittle longer but tastes better.

i cook like 3 eye round steaks a day. Cook fast and tastes ok. Good advice about the chicken though, always give me a problem

Everything! Frozen (then thawed) salmon packs from Costco are delicious in there. Ground turkey is another good one. Chicken breast can be tricky to get just right.

I was having this problem with chicken breasts, too. I tried cooking it with the cover open, as stated above, and it works great. I don't put the top down at all.
