What do you think of this routine?

I am in need of a new routine soon, since I'm really slowing down on the gains from my current one. So this is what I was thinking...

2 days on 1 day off:

day 1 - Chest & Tris
day 2 - Quads, Glutes & Hams
day 3 - OFF
day 4 - Back & Traps
day 5 - Shoulders, Bis & Calves
day 6 - OFF

and then the rotation starts over again.

Any thoughts? ideas? let me know what you guys think.

Edit: Actually, the off days could be both cardio? or maybe just one cardio the other is completely off...

?

How long have you been working out and what are your strength level? If you are still a beginner then you should focus on your compound lifts. Something like 5x5 3 days a week would be more suited for a beginner

Okay, I've been training for about 1.5 years or so.

My lifts are:

195x10 bench
435x5 dead
315x5 squat

that's just a little taste of some things I've done...I've done a 5x5 before. I liked it, but I think I've moved on.
