What do you think about this routtine??

It looks terrible in my opinion. Its got you training legs twice a week, doing squats and deads together, overlapping secondary muscle groups, and other flaws.

There are some good posts about 3 and 4 day splits all over this board. Find them, see what you may like, and use it.

I could be wrong, but I think you'd be wasting your time with the link provided
 
I agree, but also the rep scheme is too high IMO. I always shoot for 3-5 reps in my work sets. Once I get three work sets of 5 reps it's time to go up 5-10 lbs. I do 15-20 x2 for warm ups for the first exercise for each muscle group being worked.
