Favorite Protein Recipes
I used to take choc powder and then add a cup of banana and a 1/2 cup of peanut butter. Add some ice and a little turbonato (sp?) and then added my glutamine, creatine, c, etc. It was awesome. I wish I had a blender like that at home. Sometimes, I would add a scoop of choc ice cream, but only 1 scoop.

Cinnamon Bun Protein Shake:
--One packet of basic MetRx vanilla PP.
--One teaspoon glutamine powder.
--Two Splendas.
--A tablespoon of Butter Buds.
--Two teaspoons of cinnamon powder.
--12 oz water.
--A fistful of ice cubes.
Blend until creamy.

Two scoops of your favorite chocolate protein powder, two scoops of strawberry ice cream, a banana and two cups of whole milk in a blender. Makes a great dessert.

Try adding a tbsp of heavy whipping cream! Seriously!

It's real easy, but also has carbs in it. I dump about 2 scoops of whatever protein powder you like with 2 scoops of Ice Cream and a cup of milk and make a true protein shake/malt. Oh yeah add in a spoonful (teaspoon or table spoon your choice) of Nestle Quick and oila protein shake to die for.
Carbs.....yes....Protein.....definitely..... delicious......absolutely.
