What do you listen to while you train or do your cardio?

I downloaded some DJ Tiesto the other day and it's working for me - but I will get bored soon.

POST WHAT YOU LIKE TO HEAR!?!??!?!?!!

I've tried to get into Tiesto, but I just can't. He doesn't do it for me.

Listened to a lot of Disturbed the last time I trained.

some dumb fucking blonde talking about herself. & her day. & what she bought. & where she ate. & who she thinks is cute. & etc.

Training, I like Metallica, Zeppelin, Wu-Tang, Gangstarr.

Cardio I like House, Steely Dan, Rolling Stones.

depends what my target HR is. Delerium/Enya for low intensity, Metallica, rap, house for intervals.

I rock out to Wham! or the Osmonds when I'm PL'ing, but I'm still too out of shape to be doing much of that.

Velvett...you got to get some GodSmack or Disturbed on your MP3...it's the only way to pump ;-)

Lately during cardio its been the red hot chili peppers

default is Tool

sometimes system of a down or Papa Roach

I train too hard to listen to anything while lifting weights. I have to focus inward.

LOL

You beat me again.

But, I was going to say I hear fat housewives talking bad about their husbands.

I recorded the sound of sheep being slaughtered...and I play that over...and over...and over...

...once I get tired of that I listen to mostly hard rock and techno

Rap and Country I just cannot get into while I am working out...

I now have in my anti-iPod
Type O Negative
Godsmack
Flaw
Blue October
Sisters of Mercy
Dagoba
Rise Against
Buck Cherry - Crazy Bitch!!!
Moby
...any good Euro techno / trance...

Whatever is piped in over the loudspeakers when I train and when I do cardio I make my calls to peeps. Shit, if I am going to have to suffer being stuck on that godforsaken treadmill, then my peeps have to suffer too! LOL

OMG

I was in the market the other day - the big one - stocking up the house and for whatever reason this guy and I have the same route through the store and the guy is on the GD phone the whole time. He's either got kids or terrible eating habits.

So anyway - he's bitching about this girl he went on a date with and he though all was cool and then she blew him off not returning his calls. So he runs into her and "she's all over my shit" (his words - he's like 40+) and then the fucker is two people behind me in the checkout line and he's STILL whinning about this chick.

I keep starring at him in hopes that my death ray would kill his battery but instead the lady behind asks if I'd watch her cart and she goes to get more stuff. Back to starring at him - I can't help myself, he so loud and pathetic I want to beat him with the US magazine with Angie on the cover.

In retrospect I should have beat him with a TV Guide or something...

I used to listen to a lot of Ozzy at the gym. Those were some of my best workouts.

I have a wide range of music in the IPOD. The other night I listened to GODSMACK in between sets of shoulder presses. Then switched over to bagpipes and music from Conan the Barbarian (wheel of pain, anvil of Crom) to help stay motivated. The some Rollins band and Rage to finish out the workout. Doing cardio I like to either stick with Godsmack or rock the random play.

Cheers,

Probably. Although I didn't start it until I had been posting for a while, it takes me probably 2seconds to type.

I downloaded a Abercrombie and Fitch mix of 50 songs last night from Itunes and so far it's really good for cardio.
