what do you guys think of this cutting diet?

I have about 5 small meals a day the only time i have a large meal is at dinner time. This is what I eat tell me if its any good or if i need to adjust anything.

meal 1
can of tuna in water, no mayo or bread after my morning run.

meal 2
Protien shake

meal 3 (dinner)
2 chicken breasts, either mixed veggies or broccoli with some cheese sauce and a bowl of soup.

meal 4
4 eggs on 2 slices whole wheat bread with 2 slices of cheese

meal 5 (last meal of the day)
protien shake with 2-3 slices of cheese.

This meal plan has been doing me well as ive been losing about 3 pounds a week but i was wondering if you guys think anything could be improved. I run 5 times a week and weight lift 3 times a week. Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
would need to know your stats and at the top of my head i would move your carbs to the first two meals instead of having them later in the day.

ya more carbs in the morning, and your fats look low. carbs look kinda low too. whats your stats and macro's for that diet??

a low cal diet you will lose fat, and then eventually muscle. so be careful. its better to start at maintenance level 14-16x bodyweight and then slowly go down as you hit plateaus to 10-12x your bodyweight.
 
low carbs around training has it values. i would add some nuts and cut out the cheese and soup. add some broccoli. if its working than it must be ok. you still need the broccoli. this is important.
 
My stats are im around 268lbs 6'4 trying to get to 215. This diet was working but it seems like it stopped. Ya I was thinking maybe i'm eating too much cheese. I do get the lowfat cheese but lately I have stopped losing weight on this diet. So you guys think I should cut out the cheese? How about the eggs should i cut them out and switch to cottage cheese? And cut the cheese out and switch to nuts? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
