What do you guys think of my new cycle diet ?

Hey guys, I just started my next cycle and just went over my diet and lowered the cals and carbs. I am trying to cut up while preserving(or maybe adding) muscle mass. I am 6'1" about 216 right now. What do ya think ?

3 scoops Whey Protein
Oatmeal
Cals=530 Fat=8.5 Protein=74 Carbs=43.5

9:30am
Designer Protein bar
Cals=260 Fat=4.5 Protein=30 Carbs=6

11:30am
Myoplex
2chicken breasts
Cals= 600 Fat= 10 Protein=98.2 Carbs= 24

2:30pm
Tuna
Cals=81 Fat=.5 Protein= 30 Carbs= 0

Cals=330 Fat=4.5 Protein=66 Carbs=7.5

Same as 8:00pm

Total food intake
Cals=2960
Fat=45.4
Protein=460.4
Carbs=190

I also plan on subing the chicken at luch and dinner with some Turkey or red meat, what ever I feel like cooking LOL

looks aewsome mate,

but I would add more carbs before your workout for extra eneregy...I wouldnt be able to get a decent workout without some!!
 
looks good Mustang, but would put 50-70 more gr of protein, this will do ya good, I'm 200 pounds right now and consuming 450gr protein a day, will bump to 500 this week

I usually never eat anything before a workout, I get cramps. I pop an ephedrine and an hour later I am ready to go.

don't believe in eggs, they make me sick, I prefer casein based foods
 
Diet looks good, Only thing would say would be maybe add a few more carbs early in the day for energy, not right before your workout, since you get cramps. Maybe we can see some before and after pics from your previous cycle, and this cycle????

I'm gonna try and get some pic up after this cycle is finished, I feel so fat right now LOL and have to work on my tan a little.

mustang, are going to be running that test cycle that you have posted a week or so ago? with t-3 right? if thats the case all the nutrient specs look like a good starting place, you will mostlikely have to lowever your calories as you progress with your cutting cycle, but im sure you will do great.
 
i'm like you mustang, I like working out maybe an hr to an hr and a half after I ate. I can't work out on a full stomach, it needs to be where I'm not starving and not full, better workouts for me.
 
Your diet looks good mustang but I think you should raise the carbs a little. Being that you hardly have any fat in your diet, lowering your carbs that much is guaranteed to burn protein for energy. Your muscles will come out flat and you will have no energy. I would suggest that you raise the carbs a little and increase the cardio.:)
 
Your diet looks great if you start to get a little to run down, try a little flax oil before you add extra carbs.
 
Mustang...how the hell do you stick to this diet eating such plain foods??? I have done a similar diet and it made me pissed off and craving foods all day....Your body will never use all of that protein.....I would give serious consideration to my proposed 1/3,1/3,1/3 fat,protein and carbs,,,,Take my word, I have never experienced gains like the ones I have been making!
 
Thanks for all the advice guys, I think I will add some rice in there for dinner.

Yellowbomber, my cycle is
Omna at 1250mg/week for weeks 1-2
Omna at 750mg/week for weeks 3-10
Eq at 400mg/week for weeks 1-10
Fina at 50-60mg/Day(injecting) for weeks 4-10
Cytomel from weeks 4-8 in a pyramid fashion
Adipokinetix through out
Cranberry extracy for kidneys
Milk Thistle for liver even though I am using nothing that will be hard on it.

Cycle and diet both look A1 man ... good luck!

I too agree with the others on the carb issue. I think that your workouts may suffer and you will become exuaseted easier if you do not add a little more! Carbs are OK, if you add the right ones! Stick to low glycemic ones like brown rice and bran muffins etc, and they should not cause any added insulin spikes!

Good luck - stick with it!! Summertime is not the time to be fat!! hahaha! Save that for bulking in the winter like a bear! lol!!

I'm a firm believer in protein but you probably don't need more than 400 grams a day. I would up those carbs too. Maybe eat 50 grams of carbs or so per meal in every meal before your workout and including your post workout meal, then cut them out completely in the evening, eating strictly protein after 5:00pm. Thats just a thought. I feel kind of odd giving you advice, but coming from a guy that's pretty fat and pastey white (I don't tan...just burn haha) I think I'm qualified to answer this one.

P.S. It's almost too late to cut up for summer bro. Would'nt you like to do another bulking cycle or 3 before next summer. You are only 216 pounds afterall haha. I hate the snow, but man oh man do I love winter... BULKING is so much fun haha.
 
And you might want to add something else to your breakfast and your dinner...WINSTROL. Hehe...I like it. It's kind of like viagra for your whole body. Makes you hard as a rock! Hahaha.
