what do you guys do?

tell them they might want to dump out half there soda so its easier to lift cuz you don't want to start off to heavy.

That is some funny shit:FRlol:

I dunno, I don't mind it when people ask. I've been eating like crap for so long that I don't mind telling people that I feel 100 times better now.

The strange looks and questions finally stopped about the shakes tho, which I'm glad about. I don't have to explain what Creatine is anymore, which is also good.

People are starting to notice I'm looking better, which explains a lot too.

And most of the people I go to lunch with are pretty cool too. They ask if certain restaurants have stuff I can eat, and don't harass me if I don't want to go.

I guess I'm lucky that most of my coworkers have been positive about this.

yeah I guess it would suck getting the looks at times whe you really don't have much to show yet or too much fat is currently covering it all. Once you get lean w/ some size everything you say just has that much more merit to it.

no one in my office even bats an eye about it. I guess they think its normal. A lot of them start getting hungry when they smell my chicken breast or slices of brisket heating up in the microwave at 10am.

Well, right now, I'm pretty scrawny still, and so I just feel awkward when everyone notices my high protein diet--I feel they think I'm spinning my wheels and going nowhere, so to speak.

Not to mention the comments on my water gallon!

Hey skinny, I don't know how skinny you are still, but I'm around 173 at 6' tall. My weight dropped to 163 at one point. My admin at one point said something to the effect of "You'd think by now you'd be seeing results". She didn't mean it in an offensive fashion, but there was a lot of curiosity initially.

Now that the results are becoming more visible, the curiosity has worn off some. So has some of the novelty of asking, I suppose.

I like telling people I'm taking in 4000-4500 calories a day. It blows their minds. Sure, they may think I'm nuts right now, but I'm already getting comments on the appearance change I've made rather than the dietary change.

How long have you been at this?

I used to get this

Tell them anything, any old shit, I find it amusing to see them trying to figure it out when you tell them something like

I am eating all this food because I want to lose fat

sometimes when i am bored i will see if i can drink the water fountain dry, these are 18 litre bottles, i managed to drink 9 litres in 7 hours onetime, the next day everyone was like shit wheres all the water in that thing gone, it was only replaced yesterday

ahhhhhh self amusement

I love it, opportunity to bust there eating habits and the way they look. i just use the time to enlighten them on what they're doing wrong and what I'm doing right.

Project,

I've been at this a long time. At one time, I got up to 175, but now I'm 155 and have been as low as 145, and now I'm weak, but pretty lean.
