you can't finish your meals? Do you still keep the numbers the same? try to adjust it to what you actually ate? I am having a hard time with breakfast. I have GERD and mornings are horrible for eating. I can eat most of the cream of wheat and all of egg whites (my new fav. food) but I sometimes save the grapefruit for around 8:30am after I get to work. I eat my meal around 6:30am. Do I have to count the grapfruit as a seperate meal?
