My max bench was calculated at around 350... I can't physically lift that much... because my shoulder would rip out of it's already ripped out socket... but due to the number of times I could do 275...I think 8-10... the trainer at the gym calc'ed it to be 350... so I think I'm somewhere around there...
I can honestly say that in the past 6 years my bench has fluctuated from an all time low of 215 to a high of 565 (yeah I was sucking down abombs!!!) to around 365 - 455 depending on what kind of mood I was in.
I don't bench anymore. The bars aren't long enough to fit the amount of weight that I can do. But taking a conservative guess, I'd say 2 - 3 thousand pounds.
