what do I order from proteinfactory?

I am going to start bulking soon, and I was wondering what I needed to order, I'm going to get the nighttime formula, but I also want to get some for post w/o...

Any suggestions, all of this is still greek to me..

CFM ion exchange whey is a good buy there. I'm using it now.

Skip the protein and start spending your money on buffets and other wholesome foods.

Protein shakes only yield around 140 calories.

When bulking, jack up the carbs big-time.

I'll eat plenty of wholesome foods swain, I've already been checking around town for the best buffets. I just want to order some protein for my postworkout, and bedtime snack.

I get one from protein factory that is equal parts casein, egg, and whey (ion exchange I think), with no carbs, just to add 50g of protein here and there... it is cheap as heck, mixes easy (shaker) and tastes good enough for me.

My bros back home have been using them for at least 5 years and they and I highly reccomend.

I would use proteincustomizer.com like PancakeFiend said. They're cheaper, and ever since I heard about the ratings proteinfactory.com got I've been kinda skeptical about buying from them.

Has anyone tried their nighttime formula? How does it mix and how does it taste?

I dunno about the nighttime formula, but I'd avoid their strawberry flavored casseinate with Splenda sweetener ... that stuff is pretty gross, it mixes into a nice gritty sludge, i even tried mixing a smoothie with little improvement ... just my 2cents
