Ok, my first thread here.
I am 48, 172cm and I started 3years ago to train (4-5 times a week) and to build up from 62Kg and got to 71 Kg.
I threw during this time 2 short Anavar only cycles with 50mg/ED for 3-4 weeks in. During the cycles I had a good strength gain, but muscle gain was a little bit on the low side even with a lot of food intake.
Then, end of last year I tried a 4 week Oxydrolone (Alpha Pharma) only cycle (60mg/ED). This put me up to around 77 Kg. However, after finishing the cycle, the gains were lost quite fast due to high water retention and now I am back to around 72 Kg with around 12% BF. Nearly the same as before. So, this was also not the right way to go.
My question is now, what would be a good cycle to gain around 5-7 Kg lean muscle mass without loosing it (too fast).
And I read a lot. However, quite strangely, for all good suggestions for cycles, there are every time some people who say, NO, it is not a good cycle. I couldn't find one thread, where someone said, this and this cycle is a good thing to do and everybody agreed.
I know, everyone is different, but is there any cycle suggestion out there which can put me in the right direction?
Regarding toxicity, I didn't had any side effects with these two orals and a liver check after the last cycle showed no problems for me at all. Also, sex drive wasn't an issue for me.
I also know, that orals are not so effective as injectibles. So I am open to everything.
Important for me is a solid cycle for lean muscle gains.
