What cutting diet has been most effective for you?

Best diet for me, in conjunction with good training, has been protein 1-1.5x BW, moderate CLEAN carbs (usually ~75g/day) and moderate fats from healthy sources (PB, almonds, oils), fat usually hovers around 45g/day. After dieting so long, I stopped with specific ratios becasue I have learned what foods work for me, what don't.
 
What I'm on right now, 2g protein per lb, .25g fat per lb and 1g carbs per lb. I intake approximately 80% of my carbs around my workout. I also get a lareg amount of fat from EFA's(20g fish oil per day and sunflower seeds for the omega-6's).
