What can I expect from a cycle of LGD-4033?

Hey bros, so I purchased 3 bottles of lgd from the sarms 1 bogo sale and have now received my bottles. If I were to run an 8 week cycle of lgd-4033 while having calories at a 300-500 calorie surplus what can I expect? Currently 165 and 10% bf, will I see a gain or loss in bf and how much muscle do you guys think I can
Add? Gonna compare these predictions to the actual result and will post pics.
Lemme know your guys thoughts
 
Expect to add muscle mass and loose inches in the waist. LGD is some powerfull stuff for sure... especially when your diet is dialed in. I would be taking in about 3,300 calories, adjust your macros and train your ass off.

Personally, I would stack it with Oxandrovar and S4, and you will be savage.
 
why dont you add in another 1800 cals a day.....all clean cals and most of them should be post WO and 1st thing in the morning. LGD is pretty potent, and with 3 bottles you ll be able to make quite a bit of progress.

I consider picking up a bottle or 2 of osta to stack it with. I did lgd + osta and it was like a light oral in terms of strength gains and mass.

Thanks for the advice guys. And eat in an 1800 calorie surplus? That's be 4300 calories a day for me :0. And I thought osta and lgd were similar molecularly and lgd would just overpower osta for receptors?

I don't see anyone recommendin stacking LGD and Osta? I've read you can run them back to back like 8weeks LD 8 weeks osta or 12 and 4 weeks. What made you do this?

I'm almost done week 3 of LD at 10m/day and I have some osta as weel. I would add it in if it will make my results better.

I'm 3 weeks in and I'm liking it so far. really starting to botice the strength boost. I'm tring to recomp with LGD. Figures it would be great to hold on to lean mass whilte dieting. Keep us posted with your results.
 
At 500 calories above maintenance you should see a decent amount of recomp from LGD. Gaining some lean mass while dropping a little fat. If you are looking for more lean mass you could bump your cals up to 1000 over or so, but you may not see any fat loss
 
Well it's day 4 had a nice chest and tri day. Smashed bench pr, 185x10 before 185x6-7. Could be placebo, could be that I took 2 scoops of preworkout, or actually could be lgd. I weighed my self at the beggining at 162.4 and am going to weigh myself in 3 more days. How much weight should I expect?
 
chance of gyno on lgd are not very high... that is a very uncommon circumstance... sarms1 does have extremely strong lgd so having something like "liquidex" or letrozone is advisable...

the gains you see are going to be dependent upon your diet and training... lgd can be used in every possible scenario whether it be recomp, bulk or cut... it can definitely add the lean size if that's what your after...
 
It's been 35% protein 45% carbs 20% fat lately, around 2700-2900 calories. Trying to recomp but hopefully add more muscle than anything

raise your protein and lower your carbs and fat... try something more along the lines of 60-65 protein, 20-25 carbs and 10-15 fat... you will notice a big difference...

.55x2800=1540/4= 385g protein
.25x2800=700/4= 175g carbs
.20x2800= 560/9= 62g fats

Sound better? How should I go about getting that much brotein... I mean protein
 
Why don't you try your diet and see how your phyique looks , then try Dylan's macro layout and see if your phyique looks better and will be more on the lines of what you are looking for when you look in the mirror.
Here's how you get that much protein
Meal 1 - 2 scoops whey 40-50 grams
Meal 2 - 2 whole eggs 1/2 cup egg whites 33 grams
Meal 3 - any type of meal replacement 38 grams
Meal 4 - 5 ounces of chicken and veggies 43 grams
Meal 5 - MRP 38 grams
Meal 6 - 5 ounces of chicken 43 grams
Pre workout - 2 scoops of whey 40-50 grams
Post workout - 2 scoops of whey 40-50 grams
Before bed - I scoop casein 23-25 grams
 
Damn man you know your shit. I just thought it was unneccessary to have that much protein. I kinda wanna try it out as I always have followed the traditional bulk macros. Keep you guys up to date with my results
 
Also the MRPs are expensive , you could do like 70 grams of muscletech phase 8 and save yourself some money , I weighed mine out on my scale and put it in snack baggies , same macros as a good MRP and has the same blend of fast and slow digesting proteins and carbs , usually the MRPs have about 20 grams of carbs so you won't need all those starchy carbs through the day so it will help you lean out fast , I'd incorporate some rice or potato (about 150-200 grams within 1-1.5 hours after your training and that's all the starchy carbs you'll need besides some first thing in the morning , the rest of the day just eat veggies (green beans , broccoli,cauliflower, salad ) , you can find the Phase 8 on sale at bodybuilding.com , in your non training days you can drop your protein a good bit , take in about 300 grams and only have carbs in the morning and maybe 1 200 gram sweet potato mid day or with dinner and that's it on the carbs besides what you get from your shakes and MRPs

The higher the protein, the higher the ability to burn fat and gain muscle...

The sodium is far too high...

Here is how I get in that kind of protein...

1 meal

8 egg whites - 28 grams
1 box of mushrooms - 10 grams
2 scoops of protein powder - 44 grams
1 serving peanut butter - 6 grams
1 serving oat bran organic oatmeal - 6 grams

I have this same meal twice a day... I put one scoop of protein in the oatmeal and as the eggs and mushrooms are finishing cooking, i put the protein powder on top and mix it in as i turn off the stove top... then it melts in and oozes peanut butter crunch protein... then i drizzle half the peanut butter on the oat bran and half on the egg whites... 94 grams of protein twice a day is 198... that's only two small meals... 12 oz. of chicken or fish will give you another 75-80 grams... i can of tuna is 24 grams... 1 PLAIN greek yogurt can go up to 18 grams... I eat two quest bars a day (only the natural ones) and those are 20 grams each... your post workout whey protein is another 20-25 grams... now your over 300 with minimal calories and fats... you get good carbs out of the oat bran twice and with the vegetables you would have with your chicken... It is not difficult at all to get a lot of protein from multiple sources...

Alright workout, my brain couldn't really focus for some reason. Probably cause my brother is not the best to workout with.
Debating on taking a rest day tomorrow or doing cardio and abs.
Lemme know your thoughts.

Noticing a recomp in the mirror already. Felt so good in the gym today. My mind was cleared able to focus really well on the contractions. Trying to get 325g protein, 225g carbs, and 65g fat. Kinda hard to eat that much protein tho. Sometimes can be challenging for me to eat 6 meals a day as well
 
Definitely feel different in the gym. Met a new PR today on deadlifts, and lat pull downs. Felt really hungry yesterday after downing 10 oz of meat. I think I'm gonna bump up cals to 3000 for a couple weeks and see how that goes
 
Good chest tri day. Lots of endurance. Really focused in the gym. I knew I was there to literally tear the fuck out of my chest.
I have a question tho... Can you bloat on lgd? Cause I've kinda lost sight of my six pack without any big change in my diet

lgd does not cause bloating... there are rare circumstances where some people have experienced slight gyno issues so there is a slight possibility you may have an estrogen increase which can easily be addressed with either "liquidex" at Bodybuilding, Need to Build Muscle, Muscle Bodybuilding or letrozone and The #1 Supplier of Pro-Hormones - MyProH.com...
 
Hey Dylan, I read a log that the rat went from 170-205 and 13% bf to 7% bf. I think he had your help with his cycle. I was wondering if you remember, and what training regimen he was on. Also can I expect the same results? I actually lost weight while upping the calories which surprised me. Sitting at 165 9-12 % firm and hoping to get to 175 at 8-10% bf

lol bro how could i possibly remember without a link? i help people all day every day on here so i guess the answer is no, i don't remember... if you need a cycle set up then i can definitely help you with that... are you only wanting to run sarms or would you want to run a pro hormone with them?
 
Felt good today, amazing shoulder leg workout. I think I may need a day off, have gone to the gym 13 consecutive days. I am breaking strength gains so I don't think I'm overtraining anything. Just might need to take a day or two off

What to expect? Well I'll tell you what I got.
About 2% drop in bodyfat while maintaining the same weight on a maintenance calories diet
 
I noticed new veins in my calves too. Im gonna weigh in tomorrow and see where I am at

That's good news. I notice a little nipple sensitivity when I'm on LGD but I'm a rare case. A light ai like letrozone or liquidex knocks that right out for me. I'm always impressed with the weight gain and fat loss when on LGD though. Sarms1 LGD is very potent. 15mg ed was a nice ride

Kinda scared of all this talk of suppression and gyno so trying to take it slow. 4th of July weekend is kinda killing me tho, been drinking all day kinda hoping it doesn't effect me that much. I'm having trouble getting in enough calories since my maintenance according to calculators is 3300. Kinda sucks considering my goal is to weigh 175-180 at 8-10% bf. I should probably drop my activity level by dropping cardio and weightlifting frequency. Any other thoughts on what I should do?
 
up your calories then... don't drop intensity of workouts.. that's not what you want at all... or keep your protein intake much higher as well...

don't see what drinking and independence day have to do with each other.. just a day for the beer companies to make money I guess.

Hell it may not help em at the moment, but the psychological reward will. I have the perfectionist mentality, for me to be content I have to do everything 100% to the god damn tee. This was just a one night break where I enjoyed a social situation. Like any of you don't have this occasional cheat
