I'm kind of trapped inside today due to nasty weather so it's laundry day. In between loads I've been scanning old family photos onto disks for my father. It's fun seeing old pictures of my mother. She was a knock out, despite the horrible pants she wore in the 70's.

Seeing all this exam talk is giving me mixed feelings:

On one hand, it's a relief to know I've graduated and don't have to go through the exam grind ever again....

BUT

On the other hand, I'll never again get to experience that joyous feeling that you get when you've completed your last exam in mid-to-late April, knowing you're about to enjoy partying until Labor Day weekend.

well, I finally had a few brews yesterday.

Yesterday was the Dodgers home opener and it's the only day of the year they allow people to show up early and tailgate. I wasn't planning on drinking, but I did get stoned before we took off. The problem was that I forgot to take water with me, no one else took water or any other sort of drinkable liquid aside from beer.
