What are the effects of exstacy on weight lifting?

I agree that it is bad when trying to put on weight, but when cutting up I found it helped me a lot to get rid of the bloat and shed fat.

This last summer I came off a cycle and had trouble leaning out and fittign into my pants from lat year. My cutting cycle helped (Winny & Fina), but when I started to party with it, I noticed I was leaning out much more. I did lose some muscle mass, but was ripped and looked like I was bigger cause of the definition.

I think it's ok in moderations, like anything else. Before I started juice, I thought steroids were taboo...

The best thing is go on the internet and read about it as much as possible before using.

Speaking from personal experiences, if you take E responsibly you'll be fine and you wont end up dead liek those PSA's on TV would like you to believe. The next day or 2 after you roll though you wont really feel like eating much though...even getting through one meal a day (considering you'll probably sleep much of the next day anyway) is almost a chore- at least thats how I am...

If you go and take it in a club and dance your ass off for 8 hours or so you'll probably loose about 4lbs or so in water that nite, so dont faint when you get on the scale the next week....but it will evetually come back.

The big thing is that you just gotta force yourself to eat in the days after you roll...

OH, and when your on it just make sure you drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
