What are good numbers for lifting for women

Goofed on the preacher curl weight it wasn't supposed to be 60 lbs,it's 50lb. When I first started 4 months ago all these were half or less of those weights. Not trying to impress anyone, I feel like a light weight compared to the weights I'm seeing, especially w/ ladies who weigh much less than I do. So I thought I wasn't lifting much, since most of the raw materials I use come in 80 lb bags and I load them myself.
My husband is 6'.4" weighs 201lbs,only 21 lbs more than me and he can bench 240,so honestly I wasn't sure where I measured up. He lifts about 2-3 times what I can and doesn't weigh much more than me...

I weigh a lot though,I weigh 180,so I've been carrying a lot of weight for a couple of years...
I'm short,5'.6½" , stocky built...

All my raw materials all come in 80 lb sacks or more. My molds, the lightest is 40 lbs,the heaviest is 75lbs and I have to lift those myself most of the time.
The melting crusible is 75 lbs empty, pouring tongs about 25 lbs, when the crusible is full of molten bronze it's over 200 lbs , all together about 225 lbs including pouring tongs, my husband and I pour it wearing 20 pound kevlar suits, covered head to toe.

I had to take a 2 year hiatus on my art when I hurt my back. I couldn't even lift a milk jug w/o pain, could barely walk. Took a few years to be able to lift molds and bags of plaster and concrete like this again.

I'm new to weight training... but I guess not ,to lifting weights... if that makes any sense.

I told you earlier, but I'm still impressed with your lifts. Don't apologize for them, be proud. Remember, strong is the new sexy. Keep lifting along with a healthy diet and some aerobic and you will tighten up over time. While weight is something to be aware of, focus more on measurements, how tight you look, and strength. I think you will be happier in the long run.

I hope to tighten an dloose the fat now. Once I do that I will be able to see some results of that hard work.
I weigh between 178 and 180,kinda bounces around. I need to work the legs more,I;ve always had good upper body strength due to my work and art,so I gotta get those legs and back now.
I can't wait until later this morning,it's workout day.
I actually look forward to it...

great info chart there!

I am at 210lbs dead lift now, but my goal is to hit 250 by years end, 210 squat max, and 125 bench. I am 5ft 4in tall and 122lbs off season and 116lns at completion time I am hoping to move up to figure by next year! I have been training since February only so Bikini is where im at for now till I gain some much needed muscle and abs lol. I curl 25lbs and over head press 55lbs I change off though from heavy one week to liking the next on all body parts. I train 6 days a week and cardio 6 days as well until after the next show I am 5 weeks out currently. I started training with Frank Castillega who won his 2nd Mr Colorado this July, great guy and a fabulous trainer he kicks my booty! I also am taking Needtobuildmuscle supps they have been working great for me I just finished that Alpha Princess Stack and it really made some great changes in my physique! I posted photos of the progress and will be taking the last set of pics tomorrow and moving on to Need2’s new supp plan for me next week ;) They are a great company couldn’t be happier with that! So where do you all compete and in what Figure or Bodybuilding and what level are you now? I am new-new 1st show was Aug 2010 and I am shy so I was a bit freaked but now I have one out of the way I feel better! My 2nd is this Nov 2010 and I am fortunate enough to have a great sponsor for that show! Needtobuildmuscle crew saw how much I was honestly loving their products not just some oh I love this… but a full survey every week and picked me up for my next show! I am so happy about that one!!! They have great supplements!!! I came to them because they backed their products and that is hard to find!

Definitely focus on diet to lose the weight. But working legs always helped increase all my lifts as well as aid in fat loss. I only worried about my numbers when I was powerlifting. Now I am more focused on how I feel and how I look.
