do these until you are fully stretched behind the ears in a similar plane as your bp only higher...do like 4 sets of 8 with heavy weight...then throw in a 8,8,8 1/2 weight drop set cause you wanna be a geek like me...that approach made pillsbury cry on wednesday
actually they didnt feel to bad with the dumbells. i did two sets of deads, 305 x15 and 12, 35pd dumbells for my earbrushes for a few sets. weight felt light but my traps are hurting today.
