what are CKD foods

What would make good CKD foods,
is there a list somehwere on the net?

I would just trust my gut basing anything on flavor and texture bascially. If you have a specific doubt, then look it up.

Id just aim for dark veggies, salads and other vegs.

Thats covers the main guess work. The rest would probably be all the meats and fats.
