Westside and shoulders??

For all the westsiders out there I just wanted to know if you do any shoulder training? I haven't trained mine directly for about 8 months now and since then my form got alot better but my bench progress is stagnating. Just wanted to know if I should do a little bit of work on them or just keep hittin' up the tri's full force.

I think your sig says it all; are your shoulders your weakest link? They rarely are...maybe your bench is stagnating for other reasons, but you never know.

shoulder training

Westside does include shoulder work, hardly a main focus, but it is there. They mostly do various raises, like dumbell or plate raises. And the shoulder work is usually more toward the end of the upper body(bench days) work.

yep, we work shoulders.add in some shoulder work on ME day and see how it goes.i would make sureto do something or shoulders........

over head pin press and incline bench on ME day

rows and seated cleans for rear,
front/side raises

on DE day

I do my shoulders on ME bench day too. Although I do shoulders every week just different workouts every 2 weeks b/c i compete for my school and we only do pause bench and clean&jerk. So I'll do military press, alternating DB press, split jerks, push presses. And i'll switch these every 2 weeks like westside is suppose to be done. Although I though front raises were for delts, wait delts, lats, shoulders about the same area when you work them, my bad.
