Hi ,
I should give you some background on me.
I’m 31 years old,
I have been body building since 1994.
When I was in my teens and early 20’s I had eating disorders (bulimic/anorexic) and weighed about 100 pounds.
After my daughter was born I porked up to about 200 pounds.
I was getting interested in body building and saw Cory Everson (popular female bodybuilder) and said to myself, that’s the look I want.
I went down to the 120’s in around six months, not very muscular, but did get a lot of weight off, I did a lot of cardo, started to learn about weight training, and learned to watch my nutrition.
Over the next 12 months I leaned out and continued with body building and weights. I ended up at 118 and fairly lean. I was a finalist in the 1996 Ms. Galaxy competition.
I fell off the nutrition wagon some and got up to 146 (about 16% Body fat), I was still weight training. I also relaxed my cardo program.
Then I late 1998 I decided to try the 1998 Physique transformation challenge. I only had a short time, and went to 124 pounds at around 7% bodyfat in 8 weeks.
Since then I have continued on my path and am around 130 pounds near 7% bodyfat. My husband was transferred to Koln Germany for a 3 year assignment, we are due back in December 2001.
In summary I personally experienced and lived other extremes, at on time I was 98 pounds with eating disorders, and then a 200 pound bacon eating, Big Mac pounding fat ass, and believe me, your appearance and heath are worth the time investment. Nothing in life worth doing is easy, you have to work hard to reach worthwhile goal.
Best Regards
Nancy
