My health is not terrible, but there are somethings I need to address. He is going to help me with all of this.

This means I am done with the self improvements on my own. I have learned so much from elite and will cont. to lurk the boards for posts of AF's products and fonz's knowledge.

I have so many great things to look foward too and hopefully the road to recovery of any health problems is ahead.
