Honestly it is more important to have the diet on track. If the diet is smack on and there are weeks were you can only go to the gym 3 times or less you would still make progress. Training is part of it for sure but really the biggest thing is consistent clean diet.
GG ^^^^ Diet is the key! I remember when I first started I was the same.. Bunny and everyone else was like.. Clean diet!!!! I thought eating less and doing S$@T loads of cardio and no weights was enough.. But DINGGGG DONGGGG!!! I was WRONG!.. take in all this info from this thread and you'll be fine chicka.. Concentrate on diet, have a notepad and note everything you eat, how much training you do everyday etc.. be strict on it and honest that works for most of us.. well me anyway! You can transform yr body with dedication and we're all here to help you achieve that! U GO GG!!!!
